Ranging from outdoor activities including skiing, fishing, biking, hiking, climbing and everything in between to our more cultural side showcasing true entertainment, such as the arts, music, and culinary adventures.
Danny brings 15 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, land development, banking, finance, software and marketing. He has exceeded $100M in real estate transaction volume along with formerly managing a client portfolio exceeding $650M in annual client spend. Danny has a very strong understanding of the real estate markets in the Metro Denver Area, Summit County, Grand County and Colorado Springs, owning properties in those communities and being active with their local teams. He is the owner of PMG Realty and Partner in PMG Development, focusing on residential, multi-family and commercial ground-up development projects, brokerage and investment analysis. Danny studied accounting, economics and business finance at Metro State University.

Shannon currently resides in Castle Rock with her husband, Brad, and their three fur babies, Duke, Charley, & Bronx. When not working she enjoys snowboarding, paddleboarding, yoga, and exploring parts the great state of Colorado with friends and family.

His background includes over 20 years as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with focus on Financial Reporting and Tax. Jon is heavily involved in Real Estate Investment and Development, including new builds, scrapes, and flips, and his unique skillsets combine his Financial/Tax background with the Real Estate Industry. His knowledge, expertise, character, and hard work have impressed clients both locally and remote.
Originally from the Washington DC area, Jon currently resides in South Denver/Wash Park. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding and fishing, in addition to his lifelong passion of playing Ice hockey.
